Hi, I'm Kyle Robinson! You might remember me from such blogs as "Kyle's Summer In Dresden" and "Firecrackers: The Silent Killer" (pending). I'm hoping to write a little bit more in my day to day (perhaps week to week) and am hoping this will be a better way to keep up with everyone.
My purpose here is to provide not a view of the world from Ohio, but my world view, which is grounded in Ohio. This will be a source of my daily musings of random things, but hopefully not too random.
My intent is to make it easier to stay in touch with the people close to me. I have been ridiculed by some of my friends for not being on Facebook or AIM or whatever and therefore not in touch. Well in this ego-centric way, I will keep in touch with you. Now all that is left is for you to keep in touch with me. Classic, good ol' American, passing of responsibility.
One of the things I would like to do is start writing about movies/films. I do love to watch them, and certainly form opinions about them. I'll be a better writer if I can verbalize those opinions in an objective way. Hopefully the first one will be for "Surrogates." I just saw that this weekend, it wasn't bad. I'll keep any of those posts in a seperate blog so as to avoid clutter for people that hate movies (I'm looking at you Tornon).
