So keeping up with a blog is as hard as I thought it would be. I'm never not busy enough to find time to write. Such is the case with a lot of things I'd like to do. I apologize to my one (two?) followers who no doubt eagerly awaited my posts. Wait no longer.
Going to Alex's tonight to watch The Office, the best show evar! Before the show we're going out to buy ingredients for Buckeyes, a delicious Ohio delicacy. It is peanut butter fudge dipped in chocolate. Yummy!
I have a lot of topics on my mind, so I'm just going to post a couple thoughts maybe for future elaboration.
Fantasy Football is hardly a fantasy. Mostly it just provides added stress on Sundays.
Keeping in touch with friends is hard when they won't keep in touch with you. I'm amazed with how many good friends I actually have. When we are together it is as though nothing has changed and we are still very close. When we are seperated, we are seperated. There were some friends that when this happened I just cut the ties. My thinking was, "I have enough people that I like and like me back that I don't need to fight to keep you in my life." Can't apply that here. These friends now are the ones that made it okay to cut the others loose.
Elections are coming up. I feel obligated to contribute, but I hate politics. It's all hypocracy, buerocracy, ignorance and greed. For every Obama (who I feel is currently ineffective although a good man. Today's Jimmy Carter?) there are dozens of Rod Blagojeviches and Mark Sanfords. Aside from this, do I support causes I believe in or vote down levies as a sign that government needs to spend more responsibly. The people needing service are hardly at fault for corruption and ignorance in their funding. Even aside all this, what to do with Ohio casinos?
I'm 23 years old and don't know what I want to do with myself. How do I even manage my time now to put myself in a position to do what it is that I want to do. Who knows? Really. I need an answer.
